Granules, onder controle van de tenofovirconcentratie:

kreatinineklaring 30-50 ml/min: 132 mg 1x per dag;

kreatinineklaring 20-30 ml/min: 65 mg 1x per dag;

kreatinineklaring 10-20 ml/min: 33 mg 1x per dag.

Tablet, onder controle van de tenofovirconcentratie:

kreatinineklaring 30-50 ml/min: 245 mg 1x elke 2 dagen;

kreatinineklaring 10-30 ml/min: 245 mg 1x elke 3-4 dagen.

Renal elimination: 70-80%
Dosage: dependent on kidney function

Renal function-replacement therapy

CAPD: gebruik vermijden

Hemo dialysis: dialized - 16,5 mg na elke dialysesessie, onder controle van de tenofovirspiegel

CAV / VVHD: 33 mg 1x per dag, onder controle van de tenofovirspiegel
